What's an Eazl?
An Eazl is your favorite image printed on a high quality canvas gallery wrap or Canvas Mini.
When we make your canvas gallery wraps, we take your favorite photos, print them on high quality, artist grade canvas, and then professionally mount them with a solid facing front to prevent the canvas from stretching or sagging. Then we finish the back, with pre-installed hanging hardware - no ugly staples and rough edges on your Eazl canvases! If you chose to put your image in a floating frame, then it's framed and shipped to you, ready to hang!
A Canvas Mini is an innovative, affordable way to print your favorite photos on canvas. It's simple to share and display - without a frame. Your canvas print is mounted on a flexible but durable high quality plastic, and ships with a stand so that you can display within minutes!
Canvas Minis ship individually using the US Postal Service, and may take up to 21 days after order to arrive. Tracking is not available.
What is your return policy?
Eazl will allow you to return the product in accordance with our Satisfaction Guaranty and Returns Policy for a period of 30 days following the date on which Eazl shipped the Product to you. Please read our Satisfaction Guaranty and Returns Policy for details.
When will my order ship?
Orders received before 5pm mountain time are shipped three business days after receipt of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
We use UPS for all shipments and charge standard UPS rates. To get a shipping quote, add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you can enter your zip code and shipping method to get exact rates before you place your order. Shipping prices are quoted based on UPS rates from Longmont, CO 80501 to the specified zip code.
How long will it take for a shipment to be delivered to me by UPS Ground?
For ground transit times, please see http://www.ups.com/maps/results for a transit time map from our zip code, 80501.
Do you ship to Canada or anywhere else outside the United States?
We are currently setup only to ship with UPS to the United States. We are working on setting up our systems to support Canada shipments and will be able to do this in the near future. We have no immediate plans to ship elsewhere internationally.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account" and then clicking "My Orders". Click "View Order" for details. Once your order ships, you can click the "Shipments" tab at the top of the order and see a list of tracking numbers. You can click on the tracking number to track the shipment.
How do I pay for my order?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You card will be charged when you submit your order.
Do you offer file editing support?
We do not offer file editing or touch-up. Please perform all edits you wish to see before uploading your image.
Do you do color correction?
We do not alter the color of your images in anyway through our print process. We strive to print as accurately as possible. If you have a high quality, calibrated monitor, we're confident you will be happy with the accuracy of the print.
How durable is your product? Will the colors fade?
We use only premium quality materials for our products. Our canvas, ink, and coatings are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. We have our own in-house UV test chamber and we continually test our materials to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available.
